This dual occupancy project is a modern contemporary architectural designed residence located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

It is a two storey building with an underground garage with the two homes equally divided through the centre of the site. The design has taken advantage of the corner block by having totally separate garage and front door entries. The buidling required a lot of deal of detail in the external walls and covered balconies giving the building its unique character.

The first impression when viewing the internal areas is the sense of ample natural light and space which is not very common for an attached dual occupancy. The construction of the main roof and the planned location of the services within the ceiling space have provided ample ceiling heights while careful planning went into the concrete beams and floor slab construction, over the balcony door openings. The extra height has provided plenty of natural light to all areas.

All aspects of the internal fitout have been finished off with very close attention to detail. No stone was left unturned. Every aspect of the internal fitout was detailed extensively. In the end the client was ecstatic with our efforts and exceeded their expectations with the final finished product.
